Tim Borgen is a seasoned energy leader with over 25 years of operational and strategic experience in the power generation sector, with deep roots in nuclear plant leadership, technical training, and workforce development. Tim led initiatives to elevate workforce readiness across large-scale capital projects, with a focus on apprenticeship development, performance improvement, and industry teaching and learning.
Throughout his career, Tim has held pivotal roles including Nuclear Plant Manager, Fleet Operations Director, and Corporate Functional Area Manager. He also served as the Senior Director of nuclear and non-nuclear training. His operational excellence has been instrumental in achieving top-tier industry evaluations and in advancing industry leading carbon-free power goals. As a licensed Senior Reactor Operator and a U.S. Navy veteran, Tim brings unmatched discipline, technical depth, and a commitment to safety and sustainability.
